ABS was appointed to design, supply, and install a modern heating system. The project involved replacing outdated oil-fired heaters, fitting heat recovery fans, and ensuring the solution would meet both the heating and energy-saving goals of the client.
After a detailed site survey, ABS proposed an LPG-fired heating system combined with heat recovery fans to maximise heat distribution and reduce energy consumption.
The solution was fully customised to suit the high ceilings and open layout of the facility.
Installed high-efficiency LPG-fired Powrmatic wall-mounted unit heaters to replace oil-fired systems.
Fitted heat recovery fans to push warm air down and maintain even heat across the workspace.
Achieved a projected minimum 15% additional fuel saving with the improved heat circulation system.
The new heating system reduced Modul-System’s carbon footprint and improved comfort for the workshop team.
The project was delivered quickly after issues with the previous installer, and the client praised ABS for their professional service and fast turnaround.
